About Society of Rituals

There comes a moment when the way you've been working no longer feels right.
From the outside, things may look successful.
The business is running.
Projects are moving forward.
And yet something feels slightly out of rhythm.
The pace.
The pressure.
The constant need to respond to what the world demands next.
Not because something is wrong with you.
But because most of us were never taught how to build from our natural rhythm.
We learned to build from urgency.
From comparison.
From the algorithm.
Society of Rituals exists for the moment when you begin to question that way of living and working.

A Different Way of Leading
Long before productivity systems and growth strategies, humans approached important decisions differently.
They gathered.
They paused.
They listened.
Not to optimise themselves, but to remember what truly mattered.
These moments of reflection were called rituals.
Ritual was never about superstition or performance.
It was simply a way to step out of reaction and return to awareness.
To hear your intuition again.
In a world that constantly accelerates, that simple act of slowing down has become rare.
And increasingly necessary.
What Ritual Means Today
At Society of Rituals, ritual is not about escaping life.
It is about creating moments where the noise quiets long enough for clarity to surface.
Sometimes that happens through a question that interrupts autopilot.
Sometimes through conversation.
Sometimes through symbolic tools that reveal patterns we cannot easily see on our own.
In those moments something subtle but powerful happens:
Instead of constantly reacting to the world around you, you begin to lead from within yourself.

Many founders, creators, and leaders are beginning to feel the limits of hustle culture.
Growth without meaning.
Productivity without presence.
Success that slowly disconnects you from the reason you started.
What many people are searching for now is not another strategy.
It's a way of working that feels human again.
A way of building where success and alignment are not opposites.
Where leadership is rooted in awareness rather than pressure.
Where your work can move at a natural rhythm — not the algorithm.
Why This Matters Now
What We Are Building
Society of Rituals explores that shift through reflective tools, conversations, and gatherings — creating spaces where people can reconnect with the deeper intelligence behind their decisions.
Our work includes the Sacred Business Oracle, 1:1 Business Oracle Readings, reflection circles, community gatherings, and future retreats and leadership experiences.
Each offering exists for the same reason: to help people step out of the noise long enough to hear their own clarity again.

What Guides Our Work

Clarity emerges in stillness
The best decisions rarely appear in noise.
Leadership begins within
True authority comes from awareness, not pressure.
Meaningful work moves in rhythm
Sustainable success follows cycles of reflection, creation, and rest.
You already carry the wisdom
Sometimes you simply need the right conditions to hear it again.
Meet the founder
My name is Marlon Silvian
My path into this work was not conventional.
For more than twenty years I built businesses — and each time unbuilt them again — learning firsthand what it costs to build from survival rather than intuition.
Periods of chronic illness and spiritual awakening eventually led me to explore shamanic traditions, archetypal psychology, and alternative healing practices.
But the question that stayed with me was simple:
Why do so many capable people lose touch with their own inner authority? And what allows them to reconnect with it?
Society of Rituals emerged from that exploration. Not as a teaching. But as a container where people can remember how to hear themselves again.

Our Purpose
Society of Rituals exists to restore something simple but powerful:
The conditions where clarity can emerge naturally.
Through ritual, reflection, and conversation we create spaces where people can slow down long enough to reconnect with their own rhythm.
Not to become someone new.
But to lead their life and work from a place that feels true.
