The shadow beneath your purpose
The shadow keeps you running in survival mode, protecting you from unprocessed emotions the body has been carrying since long before there was a business. It holds unhealed trauma that still feels it needs to stay hidden, because if people were to find out about the things you still feel ashamed, guilty, and angry about… well, they might stop loving you and eventually leave you.
Survival mode feels like ambition. It calls itself dedication. The body cannot tell the difference between not yet enough and not safe. So it keeps moving. Keeps producing. Keeps performing. But never get's you where you truly want to be, both personally and professionally

Honestly, I know because I tried… way too many times
I was a drug dealer for 13 years. The first business I built, and the only one that became a real success, worked for a single reason: I was high often enough that I couldn’t feel the unprocessed trauma I was still carrying.
Then I developed an autoimmune disease, had a spiritual awakening, and quit. Feeling confused and guilty about the life I had lived, I tried to become a conscious entrepreneur instead.
A neurofeedback therapist and energy healer. A black-label marketing agency for coaches. A jewelry brand. A money mindset and crypto investing coach. A holistic business coaching practice.
Each project began with genuine excitement. Each failed, not because the ideas were wrong, and not because the money wouldn't come (it did, in pieces). They failed because I was still running on the same survival loops that had been running underneath the dealing.
When I was the macho playboy, the shadow expressed itself through the Rolex and the money, showing off, proving worth through visible success. As a conscious entrepreneur, the same shadow had simply changed costume. Now it wanted to show off through manifesting, through being the purpose-driven one, through spiritual status.
Same loop. Different costume.
I had not integrated the shadow underneath. A wounded part of me was still overcompensating, still trying to be loved and accepted by the world. The mask had changed. The wound had not.
For ten years, I chased success. I ended up in the hospital twice and lost count of how many times I burned out trying. Looking back, I wasn't the one leading those businesses. The shadow beneath my decisions was.

What I had not seen and could not see
What I could not see, until I stopped, was that dealing only ever worked because substance use kept me from feeling the unprocessed guilt and shame I was carrying from childhood sexual trauma.
The first time I was sober long enough for any of it to surface, I became obsessed with manifesting a better future self. The shame and guilt that had once been hidden by the high were now concealed beneath ambition. As long as I was chasing the next milestone, I did not have to feel what was waiting underneath.
I numbed myself with work, with overeating, and when the pressure became unbearable, with a joint. The substance had changed. The escape had not.
Things began to shift only when I turned toward what I had been running from. When the parts of me still carrying that shame and guilt were finally given space to be heard, to grieve, and to no longer have to hide.
Integrating that shadow changed my relationship with myself, with others, and with my work. It allowed me to begin leading from intuitive authority rather than the subconscious shadow that kept me running in survival mode.
The work I do now
The next level you want is real. The business that grows the way you intended. The movement that becomes what it could be. The freedom to do the work you love without being run by it. Financial sustainability that does not cost you your body. The peace of moving through your week without feeling the need to achieve a goal just to earn the right to rest and enjoy life.
You can name what you want. You can see it clearly. Why a ceremony, not just a healing session?
Sacred ceremony is not aesthetic. It is functional.
The oldest part of our brain, the amygdala, the seat of survival and emotional memory, does not respond to logic or insight. It responds to ritual. Deep physiological transformation, the kind that actually changes how a person operates in their body, requires the language the ancient brain understands: ceremony, symbol, sacred space.
You already know this on some level. We still mark every major life transition with ceremony, birthdays, weddings, funerals, graduations. Not because we are sentimental. Because somewhere in us, we know: there must be a before and an after. A line in time the soul can recognise. Without the line, the change does not stick. The body cannot tell that anything actually shifted.
Ceremony works because it speaks to the subconscious, the mythic, the symbolic parts of us, the layers where the patterns we have been running actually live. Insight cannot reach those layers. They live below language, in the body and the imagination, and they only respond when met in their own register.
That is why this is a ceremony, not a session.

Together we illuminate what was hidden, the shadow pattern beneath your business, the protective parts, the story you have been living inside without knowing.
The shadow carrying the wound is finally heard. It speaks. It grieves. It loosens its grip. The protective shape dies as protector and is reborn as the gift it originally was.
The new state takes root in the body. The nervous system, no longer recruited to defend, begins to reorganise, leading from intuitive authority rather than survival mode.
What does the ceremony look like?
The ceremony takes place at my home in Amsterdam. We sit together in ceremony before the altar. The process follows a clear arc: opening, illumination, initiation, integration, and closing. Each movement builds on the one before it, creating a space where what has been hidden can become visible, what has been held can be released, and what is ready to emerge can return to it's original gift.
Opening
We begin by building the altar together. You bring an intention and a symbolic object, something that already carries meaning for you. It sits on the altar through the session, and afterwards it goes home with you as an anchor for what shifted. We open sacred space together, calling on the four winds in the Q'ero tradition. From there, I guide you through a short breath meditation, a way of letting the body soften, settling into the room, settling into what is here.
Illumination
We sit with the Sacred Business Oracle to find the thread connected to your intention. Through inquiry and somatic awareness, we locate the unconscious pattern in the body, the shadow, and the protective parts wrapped around it.
Initiation
You lie down on the treatment table. We move into dialogue with the part that has been holding the line. We hear what it has been carrying, the fear, the anger, the guilt, the shame. The part discovers it has been stuck in time, a hurt boy or girl who decided long ago that this was the only way to be safe. The part is finally allowed to grieve its pain. To realise it has grown up. To loosen its grip on the present.
Integration
I clear your energy field, releasing old emotions and stuck energy from the field around the body and from the chakras. Through energy healing techniques and intuitive icaros (sacred songs that arise in the moment) I offer the system new information. These songs tune the physical and energetic body back into coherence. The self-organising principle of nature returns your system to its natural order allowing you to become more present. More connected to your intuition.
Closing
Before you leave, we take a short moment together to anchor what arrived, what you saw, what shifted, what step you want to carry forward. This last piece matters: after the session, you are still vulnerable to falling back into old patterns when you return to your daily routine. The closing names the new shape, so the change can begin to live in the daily decisions you make, both in your business and personal life. Then we close sacred space together, thanking the four winds, great spirit and pacha mama for what has returned to wholeness.

What is the Sacred Business Oracle?
A 64-card oracle deck I created, designed as a symbolic mirror for the patterns running underneath your business. Each card reflects back what your intuition already knows but the noise has been covering. Not to tell you what to do, to help you hear what has been speaking underneath all along.
In the ceremony, we sit with the deck to find the thread asking to be tended today. The card draws the unconscious pattern into view, making visible the shadow shape, the loop, the decision being made before you got to choose. From there, the rest of the work, the body, the dialogue with the parts, the emotional release, can land precisely where it needs to.
What becomes possible
Most of what is sold to entrepreneurs today is a promise of results, the income, the freedom, the version of you that has finally arrived at the goal. The strategies are designed to override what the body is feeling. To push through what is hurting, what is uncertain, what does not yet know. This is part of why so many entrepreneurs are burning out today. The strategies work, in a sense, they get results. The only problem most entrepreneurs face is that physically and emotionally, they pay the cost.
I don't promise you the moon.
The work of returning to yourself is yours to do. What I can offer is the space to do it. To walk alongside you as you remember who you really are beneath the striving and the hard work. As you begin to hear yourself again. As you make decisions in harmony with yourself and all of your relations.
The Q'ero people of the Andes in Peru have a word for this: ayni. Sacred reciprocity. Right relationship with yourself, with people, with mother earth. Not earning your place. Not extracting from anyone or anything. Giving and receiving in balance.
When the shadow surrenders, intuition can finally be heard. Decisions align with what supports sustainable growth and a felt sense of aliveness as you move toward your goals. Results emerge through natural order rather than manipulative strategies that may achieve an outcome but ultimately leave the body depleted and the spirit empty.

Marlon Silvian is a shamanic guide born and raised in Amsterdam.
After more than 21 years of building businesses, and unbuilding them, he became deeply familiar with the difference between intuition speaking and survival patterns taking over.
Periods of chronic illness, a spiritual awakening, and years of self-study in psychology, neuroscience, shamanism and holistic healing led him to explore a different approach to leadership, one rooted in awareness rather than force.
